1. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with RapidInbox for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • It is within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase
  • It is your first subscription (renewal refunds are not offered)
  • You have not violated our Terms of Service

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@rapidinbox.email with:

  • Your account email address
  • Transaction/order ID (from Paddle receipt)
  • Reason for refund (optional, helps us improve)

We will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:

  • Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused time after the 14-day window

5. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of:

  • Abuse of the service (spam, illegal activity)
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent refund requests
  • Multiple refund requests from the same user
