1. Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with
RapidInbox for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You are eligible for a refund if:
- It is within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase
- It is your first subscription (renewal refunds are not offered)
- You have not violated our Terms of Service
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@rapidinbox.email with:
- Your account email address
- Transaction/order ID (from Paddle receipt)
- Reason for refund (optional, helps us improve)
We will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
4. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:
- Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused time after the 14-day window
5. Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of:
- Abuse of the service (spam, illegal activity)
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Fraudulent refund requests
- Multiple refund requests from the same user
